Any reputable breeders out there?

is anyone or does anyone know of a reputable breeder who lives either in the Toronto area or near there. I am looking for a maltese puppy for the near future. I have heard several stories about byb and puppy mills. I would like one which has good health and healthy parents and which lives in a good environment. Plz and thank you.
