If Carl Rove still running the show, what could possibly be the reason for Sarah Palin's VP nomination?

Some say it so that the Democrats are demonized for "picking on a defenseless pretty girl"... Yet I think the real reason maybe much more sinister than that. I don't know what the real reason is, but knowing Carl Rove it has to be something big and evil...
