How can we curb laissez-faire racism?

The only way to end it (curb means someone else stops you from doing it, that really only means you stop people from saying, or acting on racism, not actually ending racism) is to diversify and for people to remember they represent others like themselves. If you have only had bad interactions with certain types of people how can anyone expect you to not have some sort of prejudice. It is up to each one of us to represent our fellow people.
