Turn signal problems with camaro.?

I have a 94 camaro and my turn signals aren't working right. In the dash they come on but don't blink and they light up and dont blink on the front of the car. The rear signals don't come on at all. They were working then one day they just stopped. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but the taillight had a crack and when it rained it got full of water so i made a small hole in it and the water drained out. Then the cracked taillight began working again and after that happened the turn signals stopped working in the back. Thats also when the front signals began staying on. Thanks for any answers.
