Anyone know of vigilante(s) at bars in reno and vegas &?LA -CA~who follow drunks while calling them into cops?

They're doing this. Is it good , bad, what, who, or how the heck is going on and whats the motivation and effectiveness. What happens as they (he/she) are doing this. If some1 hurts them cause they are not cops, then what. And if the vigilante persons out there reading this, please respond to this question answer. Yahoo
