Do your detractors ever cause you to be weary?

Iano has been around for a long time. He is part of this site whether we like it or not. He is blunt and isn't interested in what people think about him. If you genuinely want critique, then that's what you get from him. He has actually given me some very useful critique at times. Your prerogative if you wish to block him but he will take that as being someone who only wants to hear flowery comments about their poetry. Yahoo poetry is a mix of all sorts of different personalities, it would be a sad thing if everyone was identical. When you post on here you have to expect that you are not going to please everybody all of the time. I personally have only ever blocked Parisa, and everyone knows why. Even she has now written to me and apologised for her dreadful behaviour and wishes to make amends.
