Should i loose weight?

I'm a 15 year old girl 5'2 and about 136 pounds. I want to loose weight and get to like the highest 116 but mire like 102... so like how many calories should I eat? And what exercises could I do? I'm not really active and don't have a lot of freedom. So like easy exercises. Or do you think Wii fit could help?
