Where should the wizard school be located for my story?

Emma lives with her step father, mother, and 7 younger siblings. One day she finds a tree-house and takes her friend with her. There are people there that weren't there before. One of them are Emma's birth father and he explains everything about wizards. Then him and his group go in the opposite direction for job openings. Emma changes her name to Makayla because she doesn't want to be reminded of her used to be family. She meets a girl named Mckenna who becomes her best friend. Mckenna explains the school called Wand Point Academy. What country should the wizard school be located in? Any country. Please help!
